Professional Set Up and Tear Down

$600-$1000

Starting at $600, we provide decor setup for various areas, guest tables, head table, ceremony decor, card/gift table, in memory table, cocktail hour, etc. The final price depends on the number of tables, whether a room flip is required, and the specific areas that need decoration.  Please note that set up and tear down must be within a 30 mile radius from Janesville and mileage is not included.  If you are needing this service and outside the 30 mile radius, please contact us to discuss further.

Wedding Design

Full Day of Coordination

$1000

  • 10 hours of coordination (ex: 12pm-10pm)

  • Executing processional lineup

  • Serving as the primary contact for family and friends day of the event

  • Coordinating with vendors day of and providing support

  • Light cleanup help

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day

  • Help with minimal decor set up (memory/card gift table, place cards...no table top decor)

  • Replenishes dessert area (doesn't cut cake)

  • Vendor tip distribution

  • Emergency kit for Bridal party

  • Assists with room flip (decor only )

  • Will assist with minimal decor breakdown

  • Will attend rehearsal if available - mileage not included

  • Help with timeline 

  • Will provide you a seating chart template

  • Mileage not included
